A licensed plumber ties the tanks into your loop, sets the bypass and shutoffs, runs the drain line, programs the valve for your measured hardness and flushes the media. The RO-5 goes in under the kitchen sink on the same visit with its own faucet.
Before we leave we label the valves, walk you through the bypass, set your first service reminder and haul the packaging away.

We size resin volume and regeneration frequency to your measured hardness and household size so you are not paying for capacity you will never use or running short in the summer.

Will the package drop my water pressure?
No. The equipment is sized for household flow rates, so you should not notice a meaningful pressure change after installation.
How much maintenance does the package need?
Salt in the brine tank every few months, RO cartridges about once a year and a media check on our service visit. The tank media is measured in years, not months.
