How you opt in to text messages

Opt-in happens in one place only: the quote form on this website. You enter your phone number and check the optional SMS consent checkbox. The checkbox is unchecked by default, is never preselected, and you can submit the quote form without checking it. SMS consent is separate from acceptance of our Privacy Policy and Terms of Service, and consent is not a condition of purchase.

The exact language shown next to the checkbox is: "I consent to receive non-marketing text messages from CleanLine Water Co LLC about my quote request, appointment scheduling and reminders, installation updates, service follow-ups, and filter-change reminders. CleanLine Water Co LLC does not purchase or import phone lists, and we never message a number that did not opt in through the website quote form.

Message frequency, rates, and carriers

Message frequency varies based on where you are in the quote, installation, and service process. Message and data rates may apply depending on your wireless carrier and plan. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

STOP, HELP, and support

Reply STOP to any message to end texts from CleanLine Water Co LLC at any time. You will receive one confirmation message and then no further texts. Reply HELP for assistance, or email info@cleanlinewaterco.com. You can opt back in by submitting the website quote form and checking the SMS consent box again.

Mobile data and third parties

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third parties, other than the messaging service providers that transmit the messages on our behalf.
