Coverage at a glance
Lifetime warranty, system dry parts
Covers all mechanical and non-consumable components that do not come into direct contact with water.
5-year warranty, valve, board and media
The control valve, circuit board and filtration media are protected against defects in materials and workmanship under normal operating conditions.
1-year warranty on labor
Covers labor-related issues arising from the original installation for one year from the date of purchase.
Licensed plumber installation
Installs are performed by a licensed Texas plumber, permitted where the city requires it, with clean copper or PEX runs and a labeled bypass.
Insured and bonded crews
We carry general liability insurance and are bonded, so your home is protected from the moment we bring tools inside.
Service after the sale
Call us at (737) 259-6394 or email info@cleanlinewaterco.com and we schedule a return visit for adjustments, filter changes or troubleshooting on systems we installed.
Warranty conditions and limitations
- Coverage is valid only when the system is installed, operated and maintained according to CleanLine Water Co. guidelines.
- The warranty excludes damages caused by improper installation, misuse, neglect, unauthorized modifications, or environmental factors such as flooding, freezing, or contaminant levels beyond system specifications.
- Replacement parts or services rendered under this warranty do not extend or reset the original warranty period.
- This warranty is the exclusive remedy and supersedes all other warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
- CleanLine Water Co. is only responsible for damages or failures resulting from workmanship-related issues, and is not responsible for damages caused by manufacturer defects.
- Total liability is strictly limited to the original purchase price of the system. We are not liable for incidental, consequential or indirect damages.
Manufacturer warranty
CleanLine Water Co. also provides a manufacturer-backed warranty on specific components, covering defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and conditions.

Replacement parts are covered only for the remainder of the original warranty period and must be installed by a CleanLine Water Co. approved technician. Labor associated with component replacement is not included.
Exclusions
This warranty does not apply to damages caused by:
- • Misuse, abuse, neglect or accidents
- • Improper installation or unauthorized repairs
- • Acts of nature
- • Water conditions that foul filters, resins or membranes

What does the CleanLine Water Co. lifetime warranty cover?+
The lifetime warranty covers all system dry parts, the mechanical and non-consumable components that do not contact water. The control valve, circuit board and filtration media carry a 5-year warranty, and labor from the original installation is covered for 1 year.
What is covered under the manufacturer warranty?+
Control valves 5 years, storage tanks lifetime, media tanks lifetime, ceramic discs in rotary valves lifetime, reverse osmosis systems 1 year and filtration media 5 years. Replacement parts are covered only for the remainder of the original period and must be installed by a CleanLine Water Co. approved technician. Labor for component replacement is not included.
What is not covered?+
Damage from misuse, abuse, neglect or accidents, improper installation or unauthorized repairs, acts of nature, and water conditions that foul filters, resins or membranes.
How do I file a warranty claim?+
Email info@cleanlinewaterco.com or call (737) 259-6394 with valid proof of purchase, your installation documentation and a short description of the issue. We issue a return authorization number and schedule a visit.
