About these terms

These Terms of Service govern your use of the CleanLine Water Co. of Austin website and the quotes, installation and service work we provide across Travis, Williamson, Hays, Comal and Bexar counties in Central Texas. CleanLine Water Co. of Austin is a water treatment company based in Austin, Texas. Contact: info@cleanlinewaterco.com. Effective date: September 10, 2026.

Quotes and pricing

Quotes are free and carry no obligation. Pricing is a flat installed price based on the in-home walkthrough. If site conditions change what the job requires, we tell you before any additional work begins.

Installation

All installations are performed by a licensed plumber. We are licensed, insured and bonded. Scheduling is confirmed by email and we will notify you if a crew is running behind.

Deposits, cancellation and rescheduling

You may cancel your installation without obligation before you pay a deposit. If you have paid a deposit, you may cancel and receive a full refund within 48 hours of signing your installation agreement.

After the 48-hour agreement window has passed or once installation has begun, we do not accept cancellations, only rescheduling. The installation deposit is non-refundable and reserves your install date and equipment. If you need to move your date, contact us at least 24 hours ahead and the deposit transfers in full to your rescheduled date.

Once installation is complete, all sales are final, subject to the Lifetime Warranty below.

Lifetime Warranty

CleanLine Water Co. systems carry a Lifetime Warranty on the unit for the original homeowner at the installed address. The warranty covers manufacturing defects in the tank, valve and housings. It does not cover consumable filter media, damage from freezing, pressure spikes, or modifications made by another contractor.

Filter changes and service

Consumable filters and membranes are maintenance items and are billed separately. Skipping scheduled filter changes can affect performance and warranty coverage.

SMS and communication consent

CleanLine Water Co LLC sends informational and customer care messages only to people who expressly opt in. Opt-in happens through the quote form on this website, where you enter your phone number and check the optional, unchecked-by-default SMS consent box. SMS consent is separate from acceptance of these Terms and our Privacy Policy, and consent is not a condition of purchase. CleanLine Water Co LLC does not purchase or import phone lists.

Messages may include quote confirmations, scheduling, appointment reminders, installation updates, service follow-ups, warranty communication, and filter-change reminders. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply depending on your carrier and plan. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Reply STOP to opt out at any time and you will receive one confirmation message and no further texts. Reply HELP for assistance, or email info@cleanlinewaterco.com.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties, except aggregators and messaging service providers strictly required to deliver messages on our behalf. Email marketing

By providing your email address, you consent to receive transactional emails related to your quote, installation, and service, as well as occasional marketing emails about CleanLine Water Co. products and promotions. You may unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link in any email or by contacting info@cleanlinewaterco.com. We honor opt-out requests promptly.

Promotions

The FREE installation promotion runs through the end of August, applies to new system installations on pre-plumbed loops, and cannot be combined with other offers. If your home does not have an existing pre-plumbed loop, additional plumbing charges will apply and will be included in your flat installed price. Promotions may end at any time and are subject to availability; an in-home quote may be required to confirm eligibility.
